Bromyard Christmas Tree Festival 2024
Sponsorship Form

Bromyard is preparing for its 11th Christmas Tree Festival at St. Peter’s Church from Friday 29th November to Sunday 1st December 2024.

We’re asking if you would like to sponsor a Christmas tree to be part of a display in the aisles of St Peter’s during a weekend of colour, music, mulled wine and more! In a change from previous Festivals, the trees will all be one size (4-5ft) but differing sponsorship rates will apply depending on whether you choose to donate the tree for re-sale during the weekend or retain it at the end of the Festival. Trees can be adorned with your chosen themed decorations and there are awards for the best decorated trees.

Further details on sponsorship options, decoration and tree collection times are specified on the sponsorship form (click here to download).

We expect to be limited to around 50 trees this year. So we would ask sponsors to reply as soon as possible as trees will have to be allocated on a “first come first served” basis. We hope to get the usual support from the wonderful organisations and businesses in Bromyard.

This year the beneficiaries are:

Kempson Players, The Hope Centre and Bromyard Food Bank and Money Advice Centre.

The Bromyard Town Mayor will be visiting the church to open the festival at 3:30pm on Friday 29th November and will then present The Mayor’s Award to the tree he considers to be the best decorated or most appropriately themed.

The festival will feature performances given by our local schools  on Friday evening. Local Singers will be entertaining us on Saturday afternoon.

As usual you’ll have a  chance to sing along to your favourite carols throughout the weekend and we hope to have a Children’s Craft session on the Saturday afternoon. So it will be a joy-filled event for all the family.

If you would like to sponsor a tree please complete and return the sponsorship form (click here to download). If you have any questions please use the CONTACT page.
